Composite door investment
We’ve seen a rise in popularity for composite doors from our customers. To stay ahead of the demand, we expanded our range and invested in new machinery.
Our new extensive composite door collection features an exclusive range of traditional and contemporary styles, with 30 designs to choose from in 30 colour options.
To make sure it gets to site in tip top condition, we’ve invested in the latest wrapping technology.
The Rotoplat DW machine swirl wraps the door so that its exceptional condition is maintained, and it can be delivered to site perfectly, ready to install.
Fast lead times on bifold doors and Skypods
Bifold doors have been on the wishlist for most homeowners transforming their homes, meaning installers need to get them fitted fast.
We’ve also seen more and more installers putting in orders for Skypod roof lanterns at the same time, showing the trend for having a combination of the two.

Flawless flush sash windows
Another trend that has taken 2019 by storm is flush sash windows.
We were one of the first companies to offer flush sash windows manufactured using Jade Engineering’s MechWeld system.
The clever machine means we can flawlessly manufacture our Modus flush sash windows, welding a timber-look joint without the fixings or glue needed to make a mechanical joint.
Bespoke glass designs
In 2018, we expanded our glass factory by 10,000 square feet, tripling our manufacturing space.
Both homeowners and businesses are looking for a way to add their individual style to their window and doors, and our bespoke glass designs are the perfect way to do so.
That’s why we have 10 brilliantly talented glass experts using their superb craftsmanship by hand to meet customer requirements.
We’ve created some phenomenal glazing, including intricate glass designs in leadwork, coloured and stained glass and bevels.
For homeowners looking to add individual style or replicate Victorian or 1930s leaded glass work, we can help. We have created beautiful glass designs including birds, pop culture characters, motorbikes and numerals.
