Modus Flush Sash design replicates the look of a traditional 19th century timber window but comes with all the benefits of its leading performance and energy efficiency. With clean sightlines and elegant frames, the flush sash design looks great on any home.
Modus Standard Sash option has a traditional PVC-U window aesthetic combined with slim sight lines thanks to its 55mm high outer frame profile.
Modus Slim Rebate Sash has a more contemporary design that traditional PVCu products. With a thickness of just 7mm, the Slim Rebate Sash offers sleek sight lines. On the interior side of the window the sash is fully flush, for a great look and clear sight lines.

Sustainability built in
Modus windows are designed with sustainability in mind. The Modus system is made up of 50 percent post-consumer recycled PVCu as standard for a low carbon foot print. There is also a 100 percent post-consumer recycled PVCu version – this can sometimes be a requirement for commercial projects.
The outer layer of the window consists of just PVCu to guarantee colour-matching with frames and finish quality, so you can get a perfect looking window system on any of your projects.
Using dual material extrusion technology, Eurocell ensures the fast and efficient use of post-consumer PVCu during the production process to make sure it’s a high quality product.
