Foiled colour range

Colour foiling is a process where the coloured foil is applied to a PVCu profile by heat bonding, which fuses the foil to the profile’s surface, creating the desired smooth finish or textured wood-grain effect.

Most colour foil options are coloured externally, with a white internal colour as standard, however there are dual colour options available too, where the colour is used both on the outside and inside of the profile.

Colour bonding
Colour bonding, or more commonly known – colour spraying, is a process where the colour is chemically attached to the PVCu profile, which creates a long-lasting smooth finish.
The beauty of colour bonding, is that any colour you want can be sprayed, including any RAL or Farrow & Ball colour, creating an infinite choice of PVCu colour options. This is perfect when your customer asks for a specific colour for their property.
