Frame Fast UK Wins Top Manufacturing Award

During an unforgettable evening, the East Midlands’ largest trade fabricator, Frame Fast UK, has been crowned Manufacturer of the Year in the East Midlands Chamber Business Awards – Derbyshire 2017.

“What a night,” says Nigel Leivers, Director at Frame Fast UK. “When our name was called the cheers from the Frame Fast team were the loudest of all the winners all night. We are absolutely delighted. It adds to a growing list of achievements for Frame Fast in 2017.”

To make the award extra special, the win comes during a milestone year for Frame Fast. “It’s great that we have been named Manufacturer of the Year as we celebrate our 20th Anniversary.

“It’s the perfect reward for the team’s hard work to build Frame Fast into a local company that not only manufactures and supplies, windows, doors and more to the trade, but provides opportunities to local people and helps to support businesses in and around Derby.

“Derby is the UK’s centre of excellence for manufacturing with companies including Toyota, Bombardier and Rolls Royce being local. In fact, it was world renowned manufacturers Rolls Royce who judged this award – and that makes it even better.”

The East Midlands Chamber Business Awards – Derbyshire 2017 ceremony took place on Friday 8 September at the 3aaa County Cricket Ground in Derby, home of Derbyshire County Cricket Club. The awards recognise businesses that have shown innovation and have distinguished themselves above the rest, standing out in the region.

Nigel adds: “We couldn’t be happier to win the Manufacturer of the Year Award. Thanks to the whole team at Frame Fast, the night was theirs.”
