Over the past five years, we have been busy designing and manufacturing glass in our busy glass factory off Ascot Drive in Derby. In just over two years, we’ve seen the production and the demand for glass continue to rise, so much so that we’ve had to make more space! We’ve moved our glass production to a new, bigger and better home which has triple the floor space for us to continue to grow glass manufacturing even more.
We now manufacture more than 1,300 insulated glass units each week. There are now 10 glass experts in the glass factory carefully designing and manufacturing every glass unit for you.

Our craftsmen skilfully handmake any design, which is perfect for your customers who are looking for something extra special for their homes.
In our glass factory, our experts manufacture intricate glazing designs in leadwork, coloured glass and bevels, so we can make stunning glass units to suit any frame.
Windows, doors, conservatories and GLASS
From our aluminium and PVCu windows, doors, composite doors and Skypods, we manufacture our glass units bespoke for any frame, so if you’re ordering your windows, doors, Skypod or conservatory from us, you can get your glass too.
By having all the glazing products that you need all in one place, it makes it much easier to order your glass and frames all together, so you’ll only have one delivery or collection.
We’ve added a total of 10,000 square feet of factory space across our Derby site, to cater for not only the growing production of glass, but for our roof manufacture and aluminium window and door fabrication too.
